These tickets are time sensitive.  You MUST be to the castle by your scheduled time or you will forfeit your ticket.  There are no refunds, as this time slot has been held for you.  Please allow time for checking in at the castle, entering the Pumpkin Patch, parking & heavy traffic arriving at the Pumpkin Patch on busy days.
